ESG Wellness Series: Midday Mindful Stretch

Back and neck pain, headaches, wrist pain, and eye strain are problems that can pop up while working at a computer for extended periods of time. We believe well-being is vital to unwind and sustain our health and happiness while simultaneously boosting productivity.

To help our colleagues melt away stress, we had a great 60-minute chair stretch session last Friday with Jonas Hidalgo from FLOG App as part of ARTA’s ESG Wellness Series. These gentle movements can be easily included into our daily routine. Whether at the office, working from home, or just needing a break, you can simply get onto a chair and try it out!
