Exciting things that you will be involved in…

  • Function as trusted financial advisors to clients, including high net worth clients, family offices, select institutions, including foundations and endowments
  • Grow revenue through successful development and enhancement of client relationships; product cross-sell, and facility utilisation
  • Establish referral network from existing connection to generate new sales and market
  • Develop expertise to identify business opportunities and address the unique needs of specific client segments
  • Collaborate with the team closely to advise and develop an investment strategy for clients’ needs, including but not limited to our company’s products and services, insurance, brokerage, risk management, etc.
  • Perform tasks in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Active monitoring of client investment portfolios and collateral situations
  • Actively promote company’s brand and product to external market
  • Ensures consistently high levels of client satisfaction by matching the frequency and intensity of contact to the clients’ preference
  • Develops and implements new marketing strategies in conjunction with the Group/Division Heads
  • Embraces new processes and product initiatives
  • Fosters discipline and good work practices
  • Compliance with all internal, applicable and relevant policies, guidelines and laws & regulations
  • Acquisition of new client relationships through own network and deepening existing client relationships

 

How will you be qualified?

  • Proven track record of minimum 4 years of relevant experience in client acquisition and management of wealth for clients in Private banks, Investment banks or Corporate Bank sectors
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business, Economics or other related disciplines
  • Proven track record in servicing a book of clients and in the acquisition of new relationships
  • Strong financial product and technical competence in the understanding, development and delivery of holistic wealth planning solutions
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, you are able to listen, guide and advise external and also internal partners
  • Drive and motivation to work in a target-oriented and high-performance culture
  • Entrepreneurial and innovative approach in the identification of business opportunities, paired with a result-driven work approach and high level of flexibility and ownership
  • Committed to maintaining the highest standards concerning our risk and control culture and to meet the company's policies and obligations
  • Completion of (in Singapore CACS Paper I & II) / (in HK HKSI Paper 1, 7 & 8) certification; CFA or equivalent is an advantage
  • Sound commercial judgement represents the company’s and our stakeholders’ interests at all times.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably fluent in Mandarin
